Please note that Degree advisors CANNOT help with:

  • Courses that are full or restricted: Registration for a course is controlled by the Department that offers the course. SOUSA advisors cannot help you register for a course that is full or restricted, you must contact the Program advisor for that department.
  • Admissions, legal documents and tuition: These questions/issues are handled by Service Point.

SOUSA OFFICE CLOSED:

  • For holidays:ÌýJuly 1, July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1, August 5, August 6 andÌýAugust 8.
  • Starting Monday, August 11th, SOUSA will be located in a new space - Adams Building, Room 23 (ground level). We will no longer be in Dawson Hall, 4th floor.

NEW STUDENTS: You will be assigned a Degree advisor after you have registered for courses in June. If you have advising questions before then, please email newstudentadvising.science [at] mcgill.ca.

Individual advising sessions are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please email advisor.science [at] mcgill.ca to get links for your advisor's booking pages, where you can book your own in-person or online session. Sessions are offered on weekdays during regular office hours (Montreal time),<
