Scope of °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê's Policy against Sexual Violence

All members of the °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê community (staff, students, and faculty) are covered by °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê’s Policy against Sexual Violence. An individual may file a report of sexual violence against a University member when:

  • The incident(s) occurred in a University context
  • The respondent is a member of the University community, both at the time of the incident(s) and at the time of filing the report.
