°Ä¿Í¾º²Ê's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the .ÌýThis change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Staff - How to recognize activities on the SER

Who can have new opportunities recognized on the CCR?Ìý

All °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê faculty and staff who organize eligible co-curricular involvement opportunities can have them recognized on the co-curricular record (CCR).


How staff can add new opportunities to the CCR

  1. Check to see if your opportunity meets the eligibility guidelines. If yes, then continue to step 2. If not, please contact us at myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca for more information.
  2. Select the opportunity type that is best applicable to you:

Volunteer Recognition

CCR Sections: All volunteer opportunities that have been submitted by a staff member will appear under the Campus & Community Engagement section of the CCR.

Before a volunteer opportunity can be recognized on the CCR, a staff member must complete theÌý.

Recognition of Completion of Personal and Professional Development Activities

Note regarding SER transition: Attendance at workshops is not eligible for the new Student Experience Record (SER). For more information, please visit the SER website.

CCR Sections: All participation in personal or professional deveopment opportunities that have been submitted by a staff member will appear under the Personal and Professional Development section of the CCR.

Enriched Educational Opportunities (EEOs)

What are EEOs? Enriched educational opportunities (EEOs) are experiential learning opportunities that have been vetted by °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê Faculties to assure that the learning outcomes are of significant value for students.
