There are many places where your name, prefix/title (e.g., Mx., Mr, Mrs, etc.) and email appears in °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê's records and systems. If you have changed your name or want to change how it appears, please follow , which sets out instructions for Students, Faculty & Staff and those with dual status (student/staff) to:
- Correct/change your legal name
- for students on your official transcripts, diplomas etc.
- for staff on your official °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê record in Workday
- Add/change your used (preferred) first name that appears on °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê systems and records
- for students (e.g., myCourses, Minerva, °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê username, °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê ID card etc.)
- for staff (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools, Teams, Outlook)
- Create an email alias to change the first name portion of your °Ä¿Í¾º²Ê email address
