Our team is the central hub for Horizon’s work. Our primary focus is on shaping, guiding and supporting the working groups’ projects through to delivery, and coordinating the rollout of these change initiatives in ways that make sense for our community.

Decisions related to budget, staffing levels and unit resources fall outside of the Horizon team’s mandate, as does oversight of Faculty/unit projects. But we can provide guidance, resources, information and expertise to help with process design, change management, communications, data analysis, and more.
